I think we can assume some dealers will come in for it at the eleventh hour Mark, and make the seller very happy, then in turn throw it over to John Manship, make him very happy, and the final buyer; well out of pocket, but very likely, very Happy... Mal.C

Especially like the Monster Mash on Aussie Demo, as well as these that generally get your Aussie collectors drooling.

May have mentioned before, but some years ago I was in Miami on my birthday, Liza and I went shopping, I got nothing but she brought bags of cloths back, anyhow feeling a tad put out about this, with a smile of course we nip into a coffee shop and the moment we sit down with our drinks on comes Spiral Staircase - More today then yesterday; made my day that. however although its not know over here on the oldies stations, they do play it over there as it got in the national charts I think.. Christ I've been after this for a long time, took me 4 or so years to even learn what label it was on... Good luck my friend, you will need it, as for Eunice Collins, they are about. I'd have to credit Samantha with putting me onto these two brilliant records... spot on as always.. M

It's a funny label Hickory, bar Frankie and Johnny, which I'd prefer on British, Barbara Mills and P.W. Cannon - Beating of my lonely heart, I cant really think of any other discs I'd want on this label, which is a shame cause I've got half a dozen orig sleeves that need filling. This lot have another release on Sapphire which is well worth getting, and its very cheap. This time they are called 'The Tenth Dymensions', but it's the same production and writing crdits: Joe Savage Productions / Vern Ryan penned. The Tenth Dymensions - My Love for you is Growing Wild / Sor 103b (flip is the Bushman, Nice funk track) It's really worth buying the pair, I think 'My love' is a very classy track, I'm certainly happier for it seems 'the Bushman' also came out on Saluda records out of South Carolina, Sapphire is a Chicago label of course, I don't know whether that release is flipped with 'My Love', maybe they swapped SC for Chicago and took tracks with them... who knows.
