  13. I think its a hard one that, and unfortunately I have just the one copy, sorry mate the post was slightly misleading, my multiples are mostly duke, all the early stuff, along with foreign releases of the same Duke tracks again, and again, and again...I never get tired of the Bobby's voice and my only regret is I could not be bothered to get off my arse in 2003 and rock up to the Albert hall to see him sing... what a fool... Mel.C
  14. I just got mine from Amazon this morning, all of the above then!!! very enjoyable and its been really fun waiting for the release, what makes Northern soul fun, from a music point of view... Only down side, we have to wait a year for Vol 2.. well done Ady and all at Kent / Ace, a job well done... Ps question, the Gamblers Blues track, Tim Brown gave a strange comment when he auctioned an Acetate of this track late last year, he mentioned it was highly unlikely that the track would ever be released due to legal wrangling, I have no idea what that actually relates to, but its obviously its not the case, but his recent Tim Brown speaks column mentions a deal he did with the source, which did not include that track?? what that all about Mal.C

  16. The thing with keeping the CD's IMO is they are great back-up, if i-tunes or Hard drive corrupts a large percentage of my audio collection will always be there, just in case.. bears thinking about. m
  17. I agree, but he can charge what he likes for his own records, as can we... people not getting back is a drag, but hey its part of selling, and something is only sold when you receive payment, so like Pete I don't try to get dragged into it.. that said I've only periodically sold my records, and this time round have been the biggest since I sold a collection in 99.. regular dealers must go through hell... 20. I have one for sale, will pM you now M
  21. I collect USA as everybody does, but I do like my Aussie releases, got a pretty nice collection now, basically it gives me the opportunity to buy oldies I'd never really pick up on a yank. I did start to buy British but I've sold most of those off now, the only other addiction was Yodi and Musette labels, and anything and everything by Bobby Bland...but when you got 3 variations of the same track it starts getting silly so I'm slowly flogging allot of doubles and Triples...
