its all good, the top 500, and everything else before and since... just a number inst it, as Pete says it was never meant to be the best top 500, just ones that had found favor on the northern scene... love the top 500, although I generally prefer to love my soul without putting it into a book..
-

Try not to ever comment on threads like these, but The 100 club has always been great night out, and I've always liked the fact that you get all sorts of people in there, especially Mods and folk from over seas, and the occasional celebrity; the music is always great, and the Dance floor, well its legendary isn't it, I kind of like the fact that so many people have danced around the same bit of uneven floor as I have, and strangely were all still discussing it... As for Non soul folk, if they want to party, and there is no silly buggers, let them in I say.. its all good... Malcolm

Ray Wilson - How can I Reach you / Local VG++ £20 (Opening will blow you away, his vocal is so rich, beautiful...class deep roller of a tune!!!) Joe King - Speak On Up / Whats wrong — Original Promo Acetate £200 Reduced to £100, last time before Ebay, genuine orig acetate of a killer track, looks the business..... This is an original promotional acetate sourced form the Prix label owner Clem Price, and is both the released sides from the Prix label 45. The label address is Harmonic Sound Production 1482 Felix Drive which is a different address to what appears on the released Prix 45. Harmonic Sound Productions was the in house production company, the song was produced by the label owner and written by the artist who was a staff musician. So it is a publishing promo as the address being different to the label address. I'm reliably told the guy this came from had all the tapes and master record plates for the Prix catalog. This is a typical 7"acetate with a metal base and shellack coating. Clean typed labels and the record plays great with only a couple light visible scuffs. ---- Buyer pays Postage: £2.50 1st Class Signed for (within the UK) covers you up to £50 £8.00 for Fully Insured up to £500 (Within the UK, signed for) Payment direct into my Bank Account, or Pay Pal: arkanoid300@hotmail.com Please note, I'd ask buyers to cover any pay pal or associated fees.
