I do not offer free postage unless stated. --------- Brothers of Soul - Dream / Candy / SHOCK VG+ £20 ** SOLD ** Two class sides, ring wear on the label and vinyl has surface marks but served me well over 20 years, in fcat Id say the scan makes this 45's label look worse than it is in the flesh... Brothers of Soul - Hurry Don't linger / BOO M- £15 ** SOLD ** Another from the brothers! collectors seem to look down on tracks that are more common and dare I say cheaper than other releases, but the music says it all, this is one of their best by a country mile.. and its steaming mint, vinyl and label... Bettye Swann - I Think I'm Falling in Love / Money M- £15 ** SOLD ** There are two versions of this track by Bettye, this is the slower one, in fact I think the other, the faster of the two never came out on 45, but got released on CD years later. Musically this is a wonderful track, she didn't make crap records did she... Willard Burton - Let me be Your Pacifier / Money EX++ £20 ** SOLD ** Another one from 'Money', allot later in the labels life this one. Willard Burton does a brilliant job on this recording, its a smooth seventies track with a wonderful vocal, you will be humming it for weeks! Virgil Henry - You Aint saying Nothing New / Tamla VG+ £25 Classic, plays fine bar a deep scratch about a cm in from the start, once its clear that it plays fine, think somebody could mend that thought... Freddie Scott - Girl I Love You / ABC Probe EX++ £20 Lovely copy in a company sleeve, and what a singer Freddie is on this one, that note he holds on this track is unbelievable... Ernie Andrews - Where were You / Capitol EX+ (Wol) £25 Classic Northern soul, arranged / conducted by HB Barnum, nuff said... Cicero Blake - Your Gonna Be Sorry / Mar-V-Lus VG+ (wol) £20 Class Chicago track this one, label is a tad on the grubby side but very acceptable.. Mine need doing as well but I've got the 500 ones that come as std, those ones are the trendy DJ ones Pete, you can wizz the record back to scratch and all that.. perhaps Pete French's site has them? and because we are into Soul, we should get a discount of say 20%...

I thought that, perhaps we should take a mean average of the two numbers and go with that?

absolutely overjoyed this morning, at last I have an Aussie Gene McDaniels on Liberty, thats the LP and all the better 45's that came out complete... I have a 'Completeness' feeling this morning!!! you might notice that the LP sleeve is the same as the USA one, its actually a USA one with the LPR-325 cat number of the bottom right and on the disc its self, other than the sleeve inside being the plastic Aussie one, its a USA printed LP Sleeve. sorry bout the LP disc scan, cold not get it flat...

Steeplechase - Never Coming back / Polydor WD (same both sides) VG++ £20 Dean Parish on lead vocals, storming seventies track, label is torn on the flip, but its the same song both sides. Danleers - Baby You Got It / Le Mans M- £20 Quality track from this label, are this lot the same as on Midas I wonder? Mint vinyl, just a small bit of writing on the label, owned by 'Lena' at one time.. Millie Jackson - A Child of God (It's Hard To Believe) / Spring WD EX++ £15 Top Quality all the way on this one, seriously 'Deep, to the bone song' by Millie, haunting backing, piano just keeps her voice at the right pace to deliver the Anguish!! Jacqueline Jones - It's a Beautiful World / Loadstone VG++ £25 I personally think this has a tad more drive that 'Frown on my Face' it suits her voice a bit better. Love this track, has a real neat Label design, they understood their market for sure... Cold Blood - I'm a Good Woman / San Francisco WD M- £35 ** SOLD ** The Version of this track imo, thrashing organ, go for it vocals, BIG Brass and guitar solo.. Kick Ass Record this!!! and spanking condition 45... seen folk in Europe paying big money for it in recent times, fits right next to Vicki Anderson below... Little Willie Pollard - No Money / ARK M- £20 Brilliant mid sixties R&B Record, came out on two labels, cant remember which is first, but this is a West Coast release. Ive never been a big R&B fan really, but I love this 45, great Sax Break!! Charren Cotton - A Little Bit of Love / Philomega M- £100 1st issue or Local release of this brilliant 'Crossover' track on Perception. I Love her voice, this is a smooth laid back track... very rare on this label... The Valentines - Got to get yourself together / SS7 EX++ £20 This is the business, fabulous group harmonies, up there with 'Breakaway' its just a different kinda song... Vicki Anderson - Never find a Love Like Mine / No More Heartaches, No More Pain / King M- £10 ** SOLD ** Always gets listed for 'NMH,NMP' which is Kick Ass Powerful, but the flip is a version of the same song by the Brownette's on King, I have both so its hard to choose which to let go, but this is a killer mid tempo 45...two top quality sides for a tenner in spanking condition, it dont get better than that!!! --------- Kind Regards, Malcolm
