quite a record for me, I paid a fiver of somebody in the early 9ts, and the day it came I got the news my mother had passed away, literally as the postman delivered the packet, since then its linked to that moment for ever for me, I can never sell it, and although I deeply love both sides, I rarely play it...I guess thats "Soul", in a nut shell.. On a lighter note, 30-40 quid I guess...but Ive seen it at £50 loads lately...sure some idiot will pay a ton on eBay soon and everybody will try to sell their copies at a profit.... is nothing sacred!! Mal:-))

I'm far too young for Wigan and all that, but this record, other from the start, which is brilliant, does nothing for me what so ever... Think it's her vocal that I don't like, and the lyrics,., backing is brilliant...

I'm with you, always an lp track, but you never know. Your mate, where did he get it from? I asssume he can spot an original 45? I know the run out groove tells, but most collectors can tell when they get something in the hand simply from the press... If it's a lookalike, most I've looked at the label gives them away immediately, then the vinyl... mal

ahh, see John reed mentioned it, it's a good record, certainly survived allot of culls in my house over the years...
-
Cant see that this track has been mentioned, but Ive become a big fan of G.C Cameron of late, and realised I have a Motorcity 12" called "No Need to Explain"flipped with "Out of My Mind". Both great tracks, written and produced by Ian Levine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYx7o4eTh7s
