  1. Hi Jamie, White demo's are rare, out of about 8 or 9 copies i've sold of this record only one has been a demo, & that one i kept. I paid £250 about 3 years ago for it, when an issue was making about £100 to £150. If anyone has a 'white demo' that they want to sell, for a good price, i have 4 'wants' lists with it on, just let me know. Regards, Ady.
  2. I think you will find this is Wayne Sharmans copy. Ady.
  3. I've got him down in my list as 22 wood st., ?? But his post code is: NN16 9SG. Ady.
  4. Just let my Noel copy go in a trade with my old mate Mick Smith, down at Luton record fair. Still can't work out what i swapped it for, it was one of those deals that leaves you with your head spinning. I seem to vaguely remember walking away from his table with fifty quid, a bacon sandwich & a flyer for Keele.
  5. Graham Driver from the Hitchin Soul Club is selling off some vinyl, he's asked me to forward his email address: mdriver@brasilia.co.uk Just drop him a line to receive the list. Thanks Ady.
  6. Me & Tommy have had problems with him as well Pete. He's an obnoxious TOSSER!!
  7. Hello mate!! What a small world! How are you? You used to hang out in Jakes shop. Is that place still there? I used to take him box loads of reggae & u.k punk, in exchange for Yvonne Vernee's. Or was that yours, i dont remember? Nice copy, still got it. They were good times, but then John's price guide came out & put an end to that. I dont see Adam now, not since the time he came off his medication & tried to kill us both. My son Tommy, who comes on here, got married to an L.A girl, he now lives there. You should meet up with him Mike. Bring me up to date on whats been going on in Bakersfield. By the way, is it true that Bakersfield used to be a Truck stop, then a town grew up around it? Could never work out how a Town like yours, came to be, out in the desert ! Regards, Ady.
  8. Hello Mike, It's a longshot, but do you live in Bakersfield? Ady.
  9. Have you still got all these Pete? Ady.
  10. Looks a nice L.Allen matey. Ady.
  11. Can you help us find it Pete, i'd like to see that. Were they all yours? Ady.
  12. Shall we rename this site REGGAE SOURCE. I bet there's loads of 'Closet' Reggae collectors on here. Come on, lets be having yer, who wants to come out of the CLOSET!! Pottsy.
  13. Forget Tommy, he's an American now, got to look after your own, first. Ady
  14. Hello Pete, Sir Clancy Collins - Black Panther - Duke Prince Buster - Rock & Shake - Fab Moonlighters - Going Out - Island Can you help with any of these? Thanks Ady.
  15. Hello John, I think by todays prices, Mak is right. Bargain. All the best. Ady.
  16. Cheap to boot. Where have you been all week Mak? Regards. Pottsy.
  17. That's probably what Brooklyn Born's thinking.
  18. Cool. We luv ya mikey!!
  19. We seem to be going round in circles on this subject. As i said the other day to John Parker, i put a pre find Royal Esquires next to one of the recent copies, then i put it next to another, just to make sure, they are identical in every way. Believe me, i didn't want them to be, as i paid £1200 for my first one a number of years before. This is all part of collecting rare records. It happened to me years ago with Danny Moore. I refused an offer of £1500 for my demo, 2 months later all the issues turned up reducing it to fifty quid! And you can bet it will happen with something else soon. Knowing my luck with the Rouser thing. Shit happens. No more about the Prix label, please. Pottsy.
  20. Yeah. Funny how a quick "look in" at Brooklyn Born's page can result into a quick dash to the toilet!!! Any how Tommy, you should be out & about record hunting, not spending time on here. Get back down into that picturesque Compton, its good there. Had any more Transvestites pull a gun on you?? Oh, the joy of record hunting in L.A. Most record hunters go out with a portable player, you go out with a bullet proof vest. Be careful, see you in 2 weeks. Dad.
  21. Well done that Hippo!! Top tune.
  22. So did mine. Very pleased with the mint Luther Ingram demo for £125, & £200 for the mint Cajun Hart issue. Thanks Kenny. Ady.
  23. That was the "Decibel" list, it was £275. I see he had the Rosebuds on the same list for £50, bet he got a couple of calls for that. It's a good sales list, he has a web site: www.northernsoulvinyl.com Ady.
