If I remember correctly, I've only ever seen one copy of Alcon Shades. Is this a very rare record, or am I just looking in the wrong boxes? Seen plenty of Chi-lites though, weird.

Must say Pete, never knew about the alternate take of G.Chandlers - I can take care of myself, the backing band start to whistle. Think there's an extra bit of backing to "ooh baby" as well. show us ya Londons mate. -
Fay Simmons, Rod. She's done another RnB thing on the label called "Everybody's doin the pony", if your into RnB, & I know your not Rod, it's a cheapie to look out for.

Just got my issue 2...blimey ! great stuff Dave & Jason !! Sadly I missed issue one, never realised it was packed full of colour label scans, write ups on artists & groups..etc. it's more like a book than a mag, nice one :good:
