I sold a record on ebay and the guy wasn't happy becasue there was writing on the label and I hadn't mentioned it. He opened a dispute on paypal and I refunded him the money. Up until this point we were in regular contact and he seemed a genuine guy. Anyway, the record hasn't arrived and I've heard nothing from him. This was a few weeks ago and I know I've been ripped off but is there anything I can do?

I heard it on a cd and presumed it would cost a bomb. A very classy track that sounds so fresh and current. I think its mint and I'm glad to say I now own one.
