I am considering offering fedex as an international shipping option on all of my 45 auctions (I am located in the US). I have a very good discount and it would cost between $20-$25 (60% off their normal rates) to send 1-6 45's to pretty much anywhere in the world. The package would arrive in 1-3 days with full tracking. I feel the full tracking is the greatest advantage over USPS. I guess my question is, would this be a service you would be interested in using? I know the cost are higher, but the security and speed are much better and reliable. I would love your input so I know whether or not to implement this as an option. Thanks in advance, Donald.

I choose to use + signs. Because everyones perception of the grades differs a bit I try to be more fine tuned to better describe each 45. I use 5 grades in between VG+ and NM/M-. They are VG+, VG+ to VG++, VG++, VG++ to NM and NM/M-. This may be excessive (let me know what you think) but I used to be a collector of sports cards which, if you can believe, is much more ticky about grading than records. The grading companies for those use 20 individual grades (1-10 with .5 intervals). Since switching to this more detailed grading system, I have have had very very few complaints about my grading. As said previously...I always grade the vinyl seperate from the label and try to put a sound clip of every more expensive record up.

Yea it was recorded in Memphis but the record label is out of Blytheville, AR which is about an hour or so outside of Memphis. I'm not sure if this track is on Refosoul yet...if not, I will try and post one soon.

These two sites keep a history of most every record that has been sold on eBay over the past 3-5 years for over $25. They might be a good start to getting your answers.
