    Thanks Roger. Any views about value. I thought I saw it last week on one of the websites going for £50.00. Seemed pricey to me.

    Surprising cover versions both heard at 100 club in May - first was a cover of "There's No Love Left " ( TMG 555 b side) which sounded great to these ears but was a floor emptier - anyone know whose version it is? It sounded early 70's and struck me as an obscure number to cover. Second was a cover of " Gimme Shelter " - a floor filler but again I have no idea of the artist.

    I've just acquired this 45 online. The vendor emailed me to say that " rather than the demo advertised, he had sent a straight copy ( Serial No R-11008 ) which is rarer" (and in better condition apparently) I'd be interested to know if there is any truth in the suggestion that the straight copy is more desirable. Incidentally, I paid a tenner for it.

    Been having a listen to the album on Spotify and noticed EPR appears on a compilation called Soulshaker Vol 5 which has loads of other impressive contemporary soul with a vintage twist eg Baby Charles, Kings go Forth, Zamali, Sweet Devines - well worth investigating
