  4. I think they were all white label pressess. I sold one 9 months ago for £10.00 thats all its worth so dont pay much more than that
  5. It was always the Ritz where this had its biggest impact for me. I thought the floor was going to collapse once because it was like making a human wave machine. Still dont know what some of the words were that were said. Going to home tonight and put it on the decks with 300 watts blasting out and close my eyes and think I am 17 again
  6. Its alright Kirsty- I offered him a fiver plus Joe 90 but he respectfully declined by saying " Get The F**K" Tell you what his Palladium copy looks nice!

  10. 2 years ago I made the mistake of trying to buy records from this guy. It was only $85.00 inc P&P and I sent it international recorded. I received nothing - Confirmed that he had signed for it. Never responded to any emails at all and then has the cheek 6 months later to have the 2 records up for sale again. Obviously I havent dealt with him again- and if anyone sees him get my cash off him and you can keep 50% of it for the privaledge of embarrasing him!
  11. I dont understand this being humerous as Mark has requested the Muriel Day as a Page one demo. This would be like me asking for a Alma Cogan - "Its You" on a Uk Columbia demo. Might sound humerous but is actually quite serious & I would love one if anyone has one.
  12. Just glad to hear he is on the mend- keep going fella!
  13. Pressure - Driazabone - 4th & broadway - EX Chilites - Try my side of Love - 20th century - Mint minus Archie Bell - Where do you go when the partys over - PIR/Portrait Test press -Ex LP - The Nights - ABC (Sealed copy) includes - when love knock you down All the above are £10 each + £2.50 P&P

  15. Never heard of him! - heard of Keith Dellar though! HA HA
  16. This ones a minefield. to say that one thing is not another is a prejudicial statement unless the criteria are absolutely tight which in soul musc -is not. So in a nutshell you can call whatever music whatever you want unless it can be substantiated by set criteria which as I have said Soul music is not! Ah the westburn tommorow where I will hear all types of soul music and a little music that might be classed as something else if anyone has amind to do it! Im feckin Mad! Now work out does this mean Im angry or Loopy? Get my point!

  23. Absolutely brilliant- one of the top sounds at the Ritz with people blowing their whistles. So its abit rarer than people think Hmmmm! John Manship has one for £25.00 bit pricy but if you want it!
  24. Bleeker street records is hit and miss- had no 45s in his rack when I was there then amonth later someone from France gets a sillouettes - Not me baby for 1 dollar. Shit happens House of oldies could be good but Shaky bob - wont let you downstairs and wants top dollar for all his record. P.S they all have Manships guide as well but they think the prices are in dollars so you get them nearly half price
  25. How can anyone criticise aman who co-wrote "MY Way" one of the greatest songs of all time. Whre does "when we get there" fit into all this?
