Im sorry as per my previous post Handling charges are in the original price of the item and as I said is called unit cost which includes Transport/parking /Rent lighting heating etc. This applies to a business not an individual seller. If the person declares themselves as a business to ebay then so be it but they will be offsetting these costs against the tax man which makes this £8 extra outrageous if they are a dealer.

if they are a dealer then they are really ripping you off as postage cost is only that Postage. All other costs are taken as part of the overall auction - Its called Unit cost and they claim this against tax in their return.

Also quote the exact act of law and the appropriate section - That makes them sit up and at the Bottom of the letter write this " This letter is written without prejudice and may be founded upon in a court of law" Their legal team will buzz! well Lenny Mine went on ebay - was mint minus for £18 -3 months ago If it was that popular their would have been a bidding war I actually put up on here a few months ago and no-one asked for it until last month. Always been a £15 record but as popularity demands then the price goes up a bit but should be no more than £25 tops unless you want the market distorted then Its worth £100 £200 £300 Charge what you like! Just looked on Popsike 4 sold in last 4 months One for £82 ( Fantastic four Syndrome) and one for £27 and 2 for £16 so the evidence stacks up its a £25 record

The original press has abreak after 18 seconds the 2nd press does not. The 12 Inch is much longer and mich rarer. I sold an original acetate of the 12" last year I might know where a Monarch test press of the 2nd press is!
