Because it's hard work selling records nowadays and when it's an expensive one I want the person to be positive before the deal is done, which is why she was sent the mp3 of it, she was able to decide from that recording. To insinuate that I somehow doctored the recording, like she is doing, is slanderous - the usb deck plugs into the computer and I just record it using audacity, no filters, no clean up programs, nothing. The reason I didn't offer her the money back is because there is nothing wrong with the record, I would say the same to you if you bought something off me, if it's damaged or not as described, then yes I will take it back, but if it is exactly as described - then why should I take it back?
And another thing thats actually being missed here. £400 for that record is actually a bargain, even if it was in VG minus it would be worth more than that, someone who really wanted the record would have been absolutely delighted getting it for that price.
