I've only heard two of them (Capree, Kool Blues) and I don't think much of them. Can't comment on the rest, newies take amlong time to reach the Midlands. -
It's not worth anything because it's still available, though one day the copies will have all run out

Does anyone know who Peter Hamilton is, or whether he write the music or just sung on the crap vocal side of a great instrumental?
-
He's got some shocking feedback though - either records are knackered or don't turn up at all https://www.toolhaus.org/ put his user id in

Hey Ian, if you venture outside of this topic you'll see that venicia Wilson is being discussed in the Look At Your Box section -
OK well it might be sung by a skinny white girl but in my opinion, this is as good a record as any that I've ever heard, I mean that - it's got absolutely everything ">
-
It does - so does the original - in fact the original was not only covered up as "Clouds" (think thats right) but also as "Downtown Generation"

It is, but the way it's been chopped up and reassembled to make a new record is very very clever in my opinion. I know you can do it all on computers but you still have to have an ear for it.

We all need someone to put a metophorical arm around us now and again -
It was recorded and manufactured in 2000 so it's part of that one and only batch.
-
It's not worth £25, you'd be lucky to get £10 for it because it's been reissued twice since the Eric one and can be bought on Stardust for a fiver

It's a real shame that this thread, one of the most interesting in ages, has been ruined by people just trying to show Ian Levine up - for what? Making records in the 80's with synthesised drumbeats? Being a fan of Doctor Who? Leaving the Northern scene in the lurch? Many of us where finding this topic really interesting but James, for goodness sake, if you've got a problem with Levine, which you obviously have, why don't you two thrash it out by PM because I'm pretty sure the rest of us don't want to read it. If you don't like him then fine but stop ruining the topic, same for everyone else who have taken it way off topic. Can we get back to talking about the music? -

You're right. I had a few of these EP's at one time. Could never get much interest in them though.
