  1. Anyone know it? Sounds a bit like "Envy"
  2. The UK one came out in 77. As everyone knows - there is no original 45 of lend A Hand
  3. No but by a strange coincidence, Sam asked me if we could go up there today and feed the sheep like we did last year! If you park on the side of the road, the sheep come up to the cars for food.
  4. It's just that I bought this record off ebay in the week and the seller thought it was Belgian only but it appears to say Flo Man Records USA on the label, though that could be a typo. It's a really nice girlie 'fingersnapper', I'll see if I can send it up
  5. Thats more or less what I meant really - packaging looks so shoddy for a start
  6. no flies on you
  7. Well it's on Ebay, I thought it must be original because it's got the High Keys on the back...
  8. I can't tell, anyone know
  9. A US label called Flo-Man records???
  10. They don't even look any good though, the second one ripped off that badge from oneof the Aussie soul sites. And if I were going to do them at least I'd give them value for money and do 15,000 tracks at a time
  11. And another one https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/57-NORTHERN-SOUL-ALB...%3A1|240%3A1318 this ones on every week
  12. It's so blatant but Ebay take no notice https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NORTHERN-SOUL-2-CD-C...%3A1|240%3A1318
  13. No, someone relieved me of it one sunday at the Stafford alldayer...my fault for taking daft tablets and falling asleep
  14. Looks like he's with Paul Rutherford of Frankie Goes To Hollywood
  15. I think all of the Okeh's are on both vinyl and styrene to be honest, but in the case of this one, I don't remember having a vinyl copy - except for the Canadian Epic one I finally managed to get Soul Sam to sell me in 1979 (out of his main box, he couldn't refuse £22)
  16. That was "Mac" I think, from Wednesfield or Willenhall.
  17. Don't be silly Jo...
  18. Now you've gone and blown it all sky high...
  19. Was that at the top of Stowheath Lane? I think I went once. Crispie definitely used to go.
  20. I've also got one in the same condition and at the same price if anyone wants it
  21. As near as you'll get to a mint copy I'd say BOBBY JASON - WALL TO WALL HEARTACHES / YOU DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF THE WORD - RANWOOD 813 original demo in company sleeve. Books at £150. £90 for this one.
  22. MAURICE WILLIAMS - BEING WITHOUT YOU / BABY BABY - DEESU. Definite original, Nashville stamped, lovely copy in EX+ condition. B side label has a very small tear where a little sticker has been removed. "Being" label perfect. 80.00
