  2. Well they probably book at maybe 40 each but you'd more likely get 25 each - I got 20 for a VG+ volume 3
  3. No it won't be, it wasn't released as a single in the UK, though it was bound to have been covered
  4. Mark if it goes something like Hands Across The Water, Heads Across The Sky, it's "Uncle Albert" which was by Paul McCartney solo circa 1971
  5. I've been to ONE do since the smoking ban came in. If I can't have a smoke with my beer, then I won't bother going. But of course, having said that, in December I packed in smoking AND drinking but I still haven't been out all the pubs round here are closing down too, especially in the more built up/poorer areas. In one street in Pensnett there were 4 pubs closed down.

  8. I'm just saying, they bought in a new rule to stop people bumping their sales to the top constantly. I hope you sell loads.
  9. Then what are you going to do, close this one and start another one as soon as it slips to the bottom of the days posts? Sorry Ian, if you get censured for this then I won't be surprised.
  10. I'm interested to see the reply too. I would have only bought a pack (or packs) of these records to sell, I have no interest in even listening to them. My only income comes from selling records. Most of the time I would be in the same position as eddie p and not be able to afford them anyway. I've sold 200 records on ebay in the last fortnight and I don't think I played more than 5 of them. If Etype69 isn't allowed to sell his own property then God help us.
  11. https://shop.ebay.co.uk/merchant/mayfairmen...ipgZ50QQ_sopZ12
  12. Depends who pressed them - like you'll see beatles records with usual 4 prong centres but at times the demand was so great that EMI couldn't copt so they used Philips facilities and they'd be on the same label but with 3 prongs instead
  13. First one is a Polydor/Philips/Fontana group pressing
  14. Thats Darlene Love - A long way to be happy - it was meant to be her first solo single for Philles but they shelved it and it turned up years later on a Phil Spector compilation lp and then cd set
  15. Have you seen the state of the one on Ebay though -a UK demo in shocking condition, there is hardly and print left on the You Just Don't Know side. You might as well get a London copy or a bootleg and rub the label off, because that one on ebay is worthless.
  16. Input apart from me telling you I'd seen it before and it was always that record?
  17. I've seen that design before several times - but it's always been that particluar record
  18. The first issue is from around 2000 and was official, done by the Philly Archives people. That will cost you around £30 now. Those responsible for all those rubbish boots on ebay have repressed it by the looks of it, costs £6.
  19. John Vincent was the first to play it, but it was the instrumental
  20. I'd love to take you up on the offer, I've sold tons of reggae this week so I could buy 4 or 5 packs off you but I couldn't do anything with the non northern. Shame.
  21. No but it makes you an instant top DJ
  22. And me...
  23. Yeah I'm not on about the later demos though, there's about 10 different designs, the first one hasn't got an A on it though, nothing to indicate a or b side
