  1. I've got one on next weeks list OSCAR PERRY - I GOT WHAT YOU NEED - PERI-TONE EX- 40 Plays great but has 3 marks
  2. When you open Itunes, in the top left where you've got your music, videos etc, there's a button called Radio, I'd never clicked this before so I did just now and it opened up a page of download radio stations of different genres, I opened the Oldies one and there's 113 different broadcasting stations, I'm listening to HyLit Radio.com "Great oldies and jingles from Philadelphia Radio" and it's fantastic, first 3 records were Chuck jackson, Marvin gaye & The Dreamlovers...anyway if you're f*cking thick like I am and didn't know that all these radio stations were there on Itunes, give it a go..
  3. Jeez! How can one person price at it £1000 and one at £100, makes a mockery of the price guides. In that case it's in better condition than VG+ so it's £200 set sale.
  4. I'm not interested in it mate, I think it's crap, however I don't like seeing ripped off...do people really send you the goods upfront, I do it, but not with ebay!
  5. I actually use 3 stiffeners in one packet
  6. THE IN-BETWEENS - SHE'S WALKIN' DOWN THE STREET / JUST FRIENDS - BLUE ONION BO 105 DEMO. This books at £1000 in the latest price guide, I don't know how much John got for it when he auctioned it a while backcondition wise it is visually vg++, has some scuffs and one mark which makes a small click in the background but if you listen to the sound clip you'll hear how well it plays. good trades cosnidered (soul or reggae) £200 pete.smith@freeuk.com 01902 893569
  7. If that - was a hit in the States, probably get one for $3 on US
  8. This is the best person I know in the UK, I've used most of them over the last 15 years and this guy supplies the best and cheapest mailers and cut cardboard and is very very helpful. Tramiki Supplies www.tramikisupplies.co.uk tel 01579 344393 mention my name and you might get a discount! Seriously - I'd recommend them 100% - I moved to them from Covers 33 4 years ago and will never shop elswhere
  9. Brilliant record. I'm after that, saw an issue the other day but wanted the demo. Stupid innit..
  10. It's a pleasure Harry, glad you enjoyed it
  11. https://planetrecords.podbean.com/ his is a fantastic tape which shows what a great DJ John Vincent was in those early Wigan days, plus a rare recording of part of Alan Rhodes set before he took a 2 year break from Wigan. Some of the top sounds at the time include The Skullsnaps, Frankie Crocker, Willie Mitchell, Tamiko Jones, Anderson Brothers, The Jewels...great stuff.
  12. I can see a Danny White on Atlas in there...thats 30/40 quid
  13. If that - I wouldn't pay more than a tenner.
  14. Thanks to everyone who bought from the list today. This is the one and only bump, for people who haven't seen it yet. cheers pete
  15. They're really nice but I doubt if Richard actually played them at Wigan, he had the original records, they were more likely for him to use as promos
  16. Sorry but could anyone who asked about records and I confirmed they were available please let me know whether you want it or not as other people are asking, thank you
  17. Anyonhe remember that copy of La reine on Canadian Capitol, it looked fabulous. Love the Marion Stewart record. She's black, doesn't sound it.
  18. Decent Northern, preferably on demo - never really know til I see it to be honest - don't mind UK recorded pop stompers either
  19. Yes, see if you can find me any British
  20. I'll pay 50 then swap it dave for the demo
  21. Of course, I should have looked at the silhouette
  22. KInnell I scrolled down past the Billy Prophet, I can't tell if it's white or the very pale blue bootleg, if it's real then it's certainly worth a bob or two
  23. If any cheeky monkey want to see what's coming up, email me at pete.smith@freeuk.com (don't PM me please)
