  1. Ignore this
  2. Again, all depends - the Beatles won't be worth much unless it's the first two on red Parlophone or any demos; but obscure beat groups are always worth a try
  3. Not having much luck today Pauline, that's another very common one, up to £15 but hard to sell. You can always PM me if you want a few valued. I sell a huge amount of these sort of 45's.
  4. Very common, charted in 1969,5 0 10 quid tops, but the definitive version!
  5. This has been on ebay before, at least the guy says he doesn't know what it is, but anyone could knock that up in 10 minutes https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LINDA-GRINER-GOODBYE...bayphotohosting
  6. Yeah then you can come round my house and buy some of my stuff cos I need a new car and they're gonna have to go to pay for it!
  7. I've got absolutely nothing against people selling these, Lord knows I sell enough of them, but I never, ever say they are original records when they are blatant bootlegs, pressings and reissues, like this seller is doing...or are people just that low on knowledge that they think Lee David originally came out on a label called Ruby..or maybe they just don't care!
  8. I've ended up with the one we fought over on ebay and you sold to Swoz
  9. No mate, told you I'd leave it and I have
  10. https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HUGE-NORTHERN-7-LEE-...93%3A4|294%3A50

  12. The fuss isn't about this track Dave it's about Andreas' definition of what is reggae and what is rocksteady, thats all
  13. I think I'll Be Looking Back might have been the A side in the States, I have her doing it live on Shindig or one of those programs.
  14. The Edwin Starr is one of the top 10 UK rarities on demo I'd say. The Carolyn Crawford isn't - just the same as any other Stateside demo.
  15. Tony Colton, probably, just slightly Ray Pollard is a weird one because when I was trying to sella Drifter demo nobody wanted it, it was bizarre, now I can't find one. I would say Drifter issue is commoner than demo, and sad thing issue is harder than the demo. There are no issues of One In A Million, I think he said they pulled it after the management heard there was a version coming out by Karol Keyes.
  16. It's a different vocal as well Mick if you listen to them, first time I played it I realised it was different.
  17. Cajun Hart issue is way harder than the demo though
  18. 1 not rare, just expensive 2 doesn't exist 3 it;s a test pressing which to be honest anyone could make if they just removed the label!
  19. I did, 30 seconds before I made that post!
  20. This is one of the strangest arguments I've ever had and I don't think I'm going to say anymore.
  21. Just stop making yourself look stupid and go and find one person who thinks that you know the difference between rocksteady and reggae because you evidently don't, or better still, ask Tony Rounce or Toad or D The Drug if they think that I Am Losing You or Been So Long oh and Reggae Girl (er, the clue is in the title) are not actually reggae at all but are in fact...rocksteady!
  22. Plus I obviously know what I'm talking about and you don't, must be because I've been listening to it for 40 years...
  23. All of them are reggae - fast, early reggae - they're as different from rocksteady as rocksteady is to ska! But "It's Alright" is rocksteady.
  24. Just remember Dance Cleopatra being on Belgian Pink Elephant, and I bought this one as being on Belgian, though you're probably right as there's no country listed on the label.
