Someone posted it on the Pama site - it's authentic as well, 1969 or 1970, a superhero called "The Skinhead", think there is another pic too, yep, no actually it's a brilliant photoshop job, the date (July 1967) gives it away for a start

Yeah it's a different type of music - Tony Rivers & The Castaways played west coast harmony pop - Beach Music really doesn't have that many similarities with Northern Soul apart from the fact they dance to SOME old r&b records

I doubt if there are many unknown records nowadays, except with these 3 I hadn't heard them before so I bought them for next to nothing...nothing earthshaking but not too bad...coming up

It's in his bootleg guide anyway. That info on the Sound Impression bootleg was very interesting but I'm afraid I can't concur with it, I've never even heard mention of it before that post and any copy of it I've had, I've never had any doubt that it was authentic.
