The Coasters is one of the most difficult to tell the boot from the original. Firstly, is it on styrene or vinyl? (Styrene is brittle with peelable label, vinyl is more flexible with moulded on label). Anything in the run off whatsoever? Also see if the run off is peppered with some little dots, i know those aren't on the original. Poets on Symbol - 5 to 15 quid. Bobby Paris even the original only 15 quid.

You need to find out if its original or not, if it is then it's 75 quid plus, if it's not, well anything from 10 to 30 quid.

I sent a bloke a record last week, charged 1.70 postage, that's 1.55 for recorded and 15p for the mailer and 3 bits of card, so it's a very solid package, anyway I sent it the same day as he paid, 1st class. He left me feedback saying "ok service". So I'm trying to think what I could have done to make it better than ok apart from deliver it by hand and give him a BJ. You're right on both counts - the lion and the 45 rpm is missing on the left hand side. I never saw an issue of this til around 2000 - I've had 4 since - it is very rare though.

At the risk of upsetting Mel Brat, whatever Dave Godin says about anything is of no relevance as far as I'm concerned. I didn't get and I don't like his style of writing. And that chord change you mention is carried by the backing singers, not Bessie Banks, no?
