Yes they seem to use any available source so while some are perfect quality, others are recorded from very low quality mp3's obviously downloaded from the net. I have to say though, some of the compilations are very imaginitive and interesting.
I sell my records as cheap as or cheaper than anyone else on here so I am fully justified in asking for the paypal fee, if it's 50 quid then I want 50 quid not 46 quid. I don't charge anyone for using my streamline card service which also costs me a hefty fee each time it's used.

I sent Russell an acetate, bear in mind these are made of aliminium and are damn hard to damage, it was still packed in a mailer with the usual cardboard, when he got it it was almost bent in half!
They lost two registered packages that I sent to Paris. Well they didn't, they confirmed that they had arrived in Paris but the French posties obviously nicked the items.
I did a topic like this years ago when I asked if people with names of soul singers would get picked on at school here in the UK; erm, Pervis Herder for a start...
Now those are rare because I very rarely wrote my name on records after about 1975, before that my name was on both labels and scratched into the run offs, we had some theiving bastards at our parties round here
I was thinking the same, but this often happens, see a record I sell for not very much being sold at high prices, e.g. I was still selling Stanky for a fiver when it was 50, Kent Meade for a tenner, I need to get out more.
I sold mine to Steve Morgan on the train to the Locarno in early 1979, for £5. That was a lot of money then. It was obtained by our jackie's husband Malc at the casino but he can't remember exactly whenm he always thought it was the first night but seeing as kev didn't dj that night, he's obviously wrong.
Yeah someone was on about how difficult it was to get a melvin davis - Find A Quiet Place original and I said I used to have one long ago, and I don't think anyone believed me, until Ted Massey posted up a photo of his copy and on the B side it said "Pete Smith 1978" or words to that effect.

It does have spoilers throughout Jock and is lower-fi than a proper cd recording. On the strength of hearing that, I think I'd buy the cd to be honest.
