Why do people think this was withdrawn? I don't think it was, I just think it's mega rare. And the orange ones came out 8 years later so it wasn't shelved and then reissued straight away - it's just got a bump on the run in.

There are no copies with centres mate, all UK copies have large centre holes

Mr. Anderson got 800 copies from United Distributors (a week after I bought Richard copy for £15 dammit) also at the same time, probably the same amount of John Bowie - They were sold for £3 each. He also had quantity on The Aspirations on Peaches and Inspirations on Midas from the same source. Those were the days.
