  1. Difficult to f*cking listen to, you mean...
  2. The thing is, the sellers name, address, phone number and email address are all clearly displayed...
  3. It says: Please buy with confidence, and be assured that............. All our CD's are BRAND NEW and UNPLAYED in MINT CONDITION ALL CD's ARE ORIGINALS - (They are NOT CD-R's or copies)
  4. Tramiki Supplies (Rik Jones) After using most of the others, I'd never use anyone else except this guy, excepetional service, really good quality product, helpful, reasonable prices.. www.tramikisupplies.co.uk
  5. They don't do runs Glyn, they just think of a title and if someone wants it, they cut it. A cutting machine, you can get one for under 5 grand, the blanks are probably a pound each.
  6. No seriously I think I paid 200 when I bought this in 2009 (originally I paid £25 in 1988!) when it arrived it was sent un-recorded, in a light jiffy bag with no cardboard, when I complained the seller told me to f*ck off!
  7. Really? I'll offer £100 then.
  8. Didn't come out here Lenny but one of his other Mala singles, Hurting Each Other, that came out and is a truly brilliant version - used to have a Stateside demo, now long gone.
  9. I thought about that but then I thought well this could be looked at as bumping so I decided not to! Cheer for posting it Mike.
  10. Yes brilliant record Dave, had 2 of these, both gone, thanks for the plug. Two other records on this list I should plug , The Knickerbockers which is just a fantastic Phil Spector soundalike beat ballad which I'd have kept for myself had I not got it on Belgian London! And the brilliant Charades track - You'd Better Believe It.

EX+ 60 SOLD This one has everyone baffled, a white Uptite label which for all the world looks like a demo copy. I wondered if maybe it had got soaked in water and the blue of the label somehow faded away? Anyway it certainly looks the part but I’ll sell it for the same price as I would sell a blue issue. LOU COURTNEY – HEY JOYCE – POPSIDE EX 40 Funk/breaks...tiny scratch right at start causes a couple of clicks and has a very minor storage warp BARBARA PERRY – UNLOVEABLE – GOLDWAX M- 20 CATHERINE MILLER – DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME GIRL – TYSON M- 20 THE TEARDROPS – CALL ME AND I’LL BE HAPPY – SAXONY M 30 WES LEWIS – IT’S GONNA BE HARD – BLACK KAT EX- 30 Deep soul – books at 150 - this has some clicks MIGHTY SAM – PAPA TRUE LOVE – UK SOUL CITY M- 25 BUDDY MILES & THE CALIFORNIA RAISINS – WHAT DOES IT TAKE (TO WIN YOUR LOVE) – PRIORITY LS 7915. M 70 Unplayed/mint copy of this for sale, purple vinyl. These records came in a custom plastic sleeve with a sticker, and over the years the vinyl has `sweated' due to the sleeve and there is a very, very slight storage warp, read the description of most copies being sold and it'll say the same – but it plays mint. THANKS FOR READING, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY ANYTHING I TAKE CARDS, CHEQUES, BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL...(paypal user name pete.smith@freeuk.com) POSTAGE UP TO 3 RECORDS IS £2.00 RECORDED OVERSEAS I’LL QUOTE YOU CHEERS PETE
  12. You can tell it's 1980, it's empty
  13. Do it now Steve!
  14. Is there any more to this article as I'm only getting as far as G2K 45-127a C. P. LOVE - Trick Bag (UNRELEASED)
  15. That's the only design I've seen - it's 100% kosher
  16. Doesn't sound that old though. Still what a track, love both sides, UK HMV demo, yes please
  17. The white label says it is Dante, it doesn't actually have to say so as it's a given that a white one of these would be a demo as there are no white stock copies. Loads of labels with white demos don't actually announce that they are promos as such.
  18. I didn't know there were other versions of it. I was always trying to find who did a particular instrumental version of Karate Boogaloo, never did.
  19. Probably not as the black would have been printed on top of the pale blue base colour I think? There is a very faint trace of blue on the b side, more like a fountain pen ink smudge, but I think this was a blue one, I really do.
  20. You don't think it might have just been the very pale blue and it's somehow got washed out Mick?
  21. Not in the price guide, possibly one on popsike but the label is so trashed it's hard to tell, and I've never seen one before; but today I got one in the post and it sure looks real to me. Has anyone else got this on white demo? If so, any idea of value?
  22. NORTHERN SOUL, R & B and POPCORN FROM THE VAULTS Exactly what it says on the box ...forgotten oldies, R & B screamers, weird popcorn tunes, a bit like one of my Found In The Basement compilation I guess !
