Oscar Bishop - Gonna have to put you down - Maxine Does anyone know this, it's a really good deep soul tune which is in the last price guide at £150, yet the onlt two on popsike went through at $50. I have no expertise in this sort of soul music it at all so if anyone can let me know what I should list it for, I'd be grateful. cheers pete

Overseas signed for has gone up, it'll cost you at least 6.50 now. Even then, that doesn't guarantee delivery! Better than nothing though, I'd bite the bullet and pay the rest if I were you.

Has your demo got Loser on the B side? They usually have Groovy Situation on both sides.

About 3 months back, I sold my John & Weirdest (1st) boot for £50 and bought one two days later off Ebay for £25!

That's actually the second boot. The first was the pale blue one which was sold at £3 at the time, three times the usual price. 1976.

US version is totally different and as you suspected Ady, has a completely different vocalist, I heard that immediately after I once bought a US demo. Don't know why this gets slagged off so much, it was a great record to dance to, it was still being played into 1976. File alongside "Cats Eyes" by Life.

I saw one of these 2 weks ago on the wall in a shop local to me, think it was £30, can go and get it if you still want it, if you paid £75 for it then sorry for mentioning it.

Sorry if I've asked this before. I know this came out on Mowest in the UK then got reissued 3 years later due to Northern demand, I just don't rememnber seeing an American release of it. Is there one?

Unfortunately I don't think anyone could send one for £20, the metal ones are very heavy and even a wooden one must surely cost £40 to post...otherwise I'd have been happy to let you have one (nobody else ask me, please, the offer was to our friend here)
