  1. Gerri Hall never came out, not even as a test pressing - it's down on the NewSingles release sheets but never appeared a la Volumes on Pama. Another Sue 45 that never came out was Incense by The Anglos.
  2. Nobody seems to know about these things. I've had Jamaican pressings with Island stamped nunbers in the run off.
  3. I do. In my house. Love it and many others of it's ilk. No colour barrier here, if I like it, I like it.
  4. IT's HIS responsibility to get the record to you, not yours, name and shame Macca so we can all avoid him
  5. Unissued vocal
  6. Sold demo on here last week for £60. People always selling this for more than it's worth.
  7. Come on JIm, give it a listen, an excellent UK produced Northern dancer from a really good singer. In fact one of two or three excellent records she made for Decca and HMV. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Mn0JXGNcwE
  8. Yeah it does Paul - well it is usually between £8.20 and £8.90
  9. He can't say much really though can he, can only leave you positive and if he leaves you a 'false positive' you can have it removed
  10. Never heard it played mate. Just know it from the Mafmon single. The other side of which I really like.
  11. Thanks, I was answering while you posted that LOL
  12. Depends who you buy it off I suppose. I sell it from £100 to £150, I've had 5 or 6 copies. I can see other dealers asking £300 for it. Here is an interesting fact about Jenny Wren. People think she didn't record again after her two Fontana 45's but she did, on Major Minor and on Beacon as Jenny Darren and reportedly Jenny Dee.. Did a good version of Come See About Me on Beacon.
  13. I was agreeing with you.

  15. I'd just call it out and out Northern Soul, at least it used to be until people decided everything had to be pigeonholed. Awesome record, big reminder of early days on the scene and those days when I could fling myself around like a gymnast to it.
  16. I'd tell him to shove it up his arse. He doesn't need to send a ten quid recorded by international signed for, it's covered by royal mail.
  17. I've got a portable minidisc player still in it's box up the loft - never been used - might be worth something one day maybe. I did have a minidisc hifi separate 15 years ago, used to do compilations on it and run it through the philips cd recorder to make cd's
  18. Yeah it's a bootleg
  19. Great record - featuring John Oates!
  20. Oops. I get the sinking feeling that I've made a cock up a few months ago...unless she had loads of records on that label
  21. There's a couple with allocated numbers and release dates but no copies found..
  22. Quite good that "You mention my name" but suffering badly from under-production, think what it would be like with a big hammond organ behind it and some brass.
