I have a nice 45 for sale on this label, Milt Grayson - Your Old Stand By (Derby 1007) in mint minus condition, £250 on Mr Manship's site, £85 off me...
-
That looks extremely interesting!
-
I had a Chapter Five - You can't mean it on Italian. Also recently saw someone selling Bobby Williams - Only got myself to blame on Italian with pic sleeve. And theres an Art Freeman from Italy as well.

Singles Bar 3 (Rare Ska & Reggae 45's Podcast)
Pete S replied to Pete S's topic in All About the SOUL
I don't sorry, that was off a dubplate anyway, I think this is possibly one of the rarest 3 Trojan 45's, never had a sniff of a UK copy. -
I turned them off when I went on holiday. Think I'll keep them turned off...
-
Tezza don't know if you realised but that Bobby Goldsboro is a bootleg from '77
-
Scamming b&stards.

Four Tops Ask The Lonely And Stevie Wonder Kiss Me Baby
Pete S replied to Dave N's topic in Look At Your Box
£30 to £50 maximum on Four Tops. £50 to £75 for Stevie Wonder. -
You couldn't sell that as a demo though Bri, not for more than an issue - I always put 'demo stamp on label' but never charge more - too easy to fake.
-
I think there may be two boots of this, the one above is poor(ish) quality sounds like a cleaned up mp3 and is not even as good as the one I've got in my itunes, the other one which I can't see on ebay, must be better. Someone has a sense of humour though, in the run off it says "Mick H rules ok"!
-
Yeah I know exactly what you mean. I remember having a very, very rare day off school once in 1968 (I was 8) and I sat on my bedroom windowsill with a transistor radio on, I wrote down the names of the songs and gave the marks out of five, I'll always remember Timebox being on and liking it at the time, it did get played a lot on the radio, I never heard the Four Seasons version though. Funny how people remember daft things like that.
-
Mike Patto was the vocalist on the Timebox version and he was a great singer. Both versions are good - Timebox is easily the best though, superior in every way. In my opinion.
-
Tim, that's uncanny, I had that arrive TODAY, as you say, looks and sounds just like a 1968 British release. Great stuff, and one of the few attempts at recreating the early reggae sounds that's ever worked.

That's an import though Neil. He's on about British.
-
Boot if it hasn't got serrated edge and also having a scratched number should give it away!
-
Possibly but there is a counterfeit-stroke-repress which has a solid centre, dead easy to tell in the flesh though.
-
The problem with that Luis is that if there's no disclosure then you could just pluck a price out of the air - I'm not saying you would - but people have to know what they are bidding against, surely, otherwise how can they know if they are top bidder?
-
Looks brilliant. I'd buy but have 80% already, great track list though

Does anyone have an ipod for sale, I'd prefer a 160g but a 120g will do, mine went missing 2 weeks ago and I have either lost it (unlikely as I never really take it out of the house) or it went missing when the builders were in here, which is a terrible thing to say but I can't think of any other reason why it would vanish into thin air. 32,000 tracks on it as well...not bothered about the usual scratches on the back so long as it's in working order. cheers Pete

Agree - and Eddie Regan only worth £100 tops on demo.
