  8. I bow to your supreme taste in music. Still sounds like a bag of sh8te to me.
  9. If anyone wants to hear what proper clapping is, go to my mixcloud page and have a listen to any of the 20 or so Wigan tapes on there! https://x.mixcloud.com/mayfairmenthol/
  10. That's the clip from "Footsee" on Top Of The Pops, nobody seems to know where it came from and nobody seems to have the whole thing, the BBC say they don't have a copy but the clip is in colour and must have been sourced from somewhere...
  11. Mighty Joe Young probably too common to have been played anywhere though Stafford most likely, if anywhere. Kelly Bros was known from it's release on UK Sue in the mid 60's. Dunno the last one.
  12. I couldn't tell you, honestly, if you go back through this thread look at the arguments that were going on 10 years ago...was probably cos I'd had a couple of copies recently and sold them several hundred quid cheaper than had been mentioned. I'd try £800 quid if I were you, I'd probably ask and get that I think.
  13. You're right Chalky, 175 - 200. Now if it was Canadian Capitol, 250-300, looks stunning.
  14. I remember a guy who wore glasses, never used to dance, used to stand at the back listening to the music, smoking a pipe!
  15. One without the drum roll is better
  16. Right at the start - drum roll - like this one

  18. Right, thanks chaps, so someones got a recent test pressing, made it look old and claims it's an unissued recording, right?
  19. But compare the Flamma Sherman price to that, and the quality of the record - dear me...
  20. Well done with the sale, must be a world record price for that!
  21. Sorry, I"m trying to follow this thread but don't understand what it's about. Could someone explain? I think I sold one of these a couple of months ago.
  22. I loved Sugar Sugar, especially when they played the Archies cartoon on Top Of The Pops. Remember trying to buy it and every time we went, it was sold out, think I eventually got it though.
  23. Those gold spots are ABC's equivalent of drill holes Dave - deleted records got the gold spot treatment, you'll see it on all of their labels, Dunhill etc
  24. Was issued twice with two label designs so actually two separate demos, original is white with black lettering as you say, second is black and white with logo on the side. Orange issue then a red & black issue.
