  1. Can't see Magic Potion getting booted with reach Out on the other side. I think it was booted as a vocal b/w instrumental.
  2. Don't know really, depends how many people are still without a copy after 45 years!
  3. I'M NOT GOING TO GO INTO HYPE OVERDRIVE ABOUT THIS, YOU ALL KNOW HOW RARE THIS RECORD IS AND THE CHANCES OF FINDING ONE "IN THE WILD" NOWADAYS ARE VIRTUALLY NIL. ONE WENT FOR $11,000 ON EBAY ON SUNDAY. IF IT WAS MINT, THEN THIS COPY IS IT'S EQUAL. IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND I DARE SAY IT'S NEVER SEEN A STYLUS. APART FROM A COUPLE OF LIGHT, WHISPY LINES CAUSED BY THE PAPER OF THE SLEEVE, THIS IS AS IN GOOD AS A CONDITION AS WHEN IT CAME OFF THE PRESSES BACK IN THE 60's. SO, IT'S GOING TO HAVE TO GO UP FOR OFFERS I'M AFRAID. I'M NOT QUITE SURE HOW I'M GOING TO DO THIS YET, OBVIOUSLY THE PERSON WHO OFFERS THE MOST MONEY WILL GET IT, BUT I HAVEN'T SET A TIME LIMIT ON IT AS YET. I GUESS ALL I WOULD SAY IS "BID WHAT YOU THINK IT'S WORTH TO YOU". I WILL NOT IDENTIFY ANY BIDDERS, INCLUDING THE WINNER, AND I WILL NOT DISCLOSE HOW MUCH IT SELLS FOR IF THE WINNER DOES NOT WANT ME TO. ANYWAY I'LL START THIS OFF AT £4000 AND WE'LL TAKE IT FROM THERE. I WILL UPDATE BIDDERS WHEN OR IF THEY ARE OUTBID. THE BID INCREMENT IS £100. THE WINNER WOULD BE ADVISED TO COME AND PICK THIS UP FROM ME! I WISH THIS WAS MINE, BUT IT'S ONLY A COMMISSION JOB SO PLEASE DON'T ASK ME TO BEND THE RULES, I HAVE TO DO MY BEST FOR THE SELLER. YOU CAN ALWAYS CONTACT ME AT pete.smith@freeuk.com OR PHONE ME 01902 326306 PHOTOS BELOW INCLUDING ONE OF THE BELL SOUND STAMP IN THE RUN OFF CHEERS PETE
  4. Thats the correct delta number - 65707
  5. Ta!
  6. Someone wanted one the other day, can't find the ad, anyway I have a M/M- one for £35 if anyone wants it
  7. No argument mate, just don't recall it that's all. Agree with what Rick says above too, instrumentals were massive in the early 70's.
  8. I was a card carrying member of the Labour Party until Blair got in...then it all started to change LOL I like a lot of old hip hop, late 80's early 90's, not too keen on funk but not really heard that much.
  9. Yeah that was well weird, posted almost the same thing at exactly the same time...on the 'spooky' topic as well!
  10. Very true. Did you ever hear the version of "Put it where you want it" by Hot Rocks on UK Bell? Version of The Crusaders, but produced by Mike Leander, and you can tell as there are still some Glitter Band drums in there, it's quite good. Probably 1973 I'd have thought. Found it
  11. I like Gary Glitter, not the man, but when those singles came out, the early ones were great to a 12 / 13 year old kid. Did a podcast recently and put Rock n Roll Pt 2 on, no complaints!
  12. There is indeed Dave
  13. A fair bit I'd have thought, West Coast styrene demo - never seen one before. If it's real of course. The typing on Promotional Copy Not For Sale nowhere near as sharp as the rest. Therefore, reissue with that stamped on it maybe?
  14. I can't see this happening. It was commonly available on UK Beacon, why would they bootleg it? Plus I've never seen one, which I know doesn't count for much but in 40 years and out of 100,000 records...
  15. It's CD only I'm afraid
  16. That was fantastic. Article here https://dandyinaspic.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/bouton-rouge-sessions.html
  17. Yeah 100% vinyl. Still 100% real.
  18. OK well let me get hold of it then we can all start doing the business, I'll have it tomorrow.
  19. Yeah I think I have 3 or 4 full episodes, such a shame that's all that remains from the series.
  20. Don't know yet, I hate auctions, but what set sale price would I put on it? And then what if three people all ask for it and two end up hating me!
  21. Well they probably did several of the releases on both, I've had Barbara Mason 45's on both...
