Yeah here you go mate
-
I didn't scan it, I just linked it to the page on ebay :graynone:
-
...and disco as northern soul
-
Nice - only had an issue of this previously - good version n'all
-
I'll post the entire version up a bit later on. Gregory McOirish© told me I could.
-
I summoned it up by making a human sacrifice to Beelzebub

I'm just wondering why something pressed at Monarch would have a stamp saying AR instead of MR ????
-
100% definite original. The delta number is written in different handwriting in a different place to the boot; the stamp is far more clearly defined as well.

Reply from Vinyl Carvers hi Pete, just had a look at it - this sounds a bit dodgy indeed! we don't know if we cut it, just checked his ebay id - never heard from this guy judging from the label it does look like one of ours our labels are smaller than normal sized ones we had them made for us but also supplied them our friend who built our lathe - so he is selling them to other people there are already a few other machines in europe, also in the uk and two of the uk people already threw in the towel before they've managed to produce a single good record our technology is quite new, the oldest records are about 5 years old now before that it was only acetates, no vinyl he said he bought it from the states there's no machine in the states yet, we know that for sure we did a few cuts for customers from the states, even for radio stations but definitely no soul music he only got 50 quid for it - hopefully the person who bought it will identify it as 'too new' we're not into soul and don't know the tunes by name but we'll keep an eye on his future auctions as he bought a 'huge haul of testpressings'
-
I've only ever had 3 of those! Melvin Davis, Four Perfections, Icemen. Melvin Davis was £25 out of Pep's shop. He had 3 copies.
-
Yeah I'll email him. I already emailed the German guy who won Ujima.

John Vincent used to play the instrumental version as "the dance track" - lot of thinking went into that title -
Absoloutely. I'm in.
-
I've sent them the link and asked them if they remember doing it...then again, like you say, they must do an awful lot. They did 10 for me today and they were all reggae.
-
You sure? Two different lead singers and why would a group going since the mid-50's also call themselves The Cautions while still recording as the Chants???
-
I've got every Black Echoes from 1979 with every top 10 sounds from the year. There's no way I'll get time to write it but I could lend them to someone.
-
No you're right, it's exactly the same as vc's...
