    It's not about being lazy John, I used to leave feedback the second someone paid me but I had a vindictive negative left me by a "rival" seller (of reggae) after I'd left them a really positive feedback so I said never again, not until I know the customer is happy with the record and has left feedback first. p.s. congratulations, you win the prize for the most emoticons ever in one post

    Inverted matrix - they are nearl always upside down. The second one that Record Collector were told about and may have reported was a demo - the owner didn't know the difference!

    Nah. Someone buys a record off me, I thank them for buying at the time, thats that, if they are happy with it thats great, doesn't matter if I hear from them or not because they haven't contacted me to complain! So I presume they are happy, and then so am I. And if I don't complain about a record that someone has sent me, then they can assume I am happy with it. There was no such thing as 'leaving feedback' before ebay.

    I agree but it's not exactly worth throwing the toys out of the pram for is it? I leave feedback for everyone who leaves it for me on facebook and ebay. On here it's different because I forget half the time and the rest of the time it's so finnicky to do, backtracking to find the exact transaction etc.

Even still has the plastic film on the back of it. Still got the box and all accessories too.     OK this is just getting weirder. My copy is a blank, and it has no matrix number, nothing, I asked Dee to check in case it was my eyes, but there is nothing at all in the grooves. But the other side, has very large run of writing WR 3256 No Body Loves Me Slim Smith meaning (W)inston (R ) iley production but that WR number isn't listed in the RKR database! I put one of my own labels on it years ago and I wrote down the matrix FCR 7423 on the label which is the correct one for the original of The Uniques Out Of Love. But Out Of Love isn't a Winston Riley production anyway, is it? W. Lowe / L. Tyrell?

    Apparently issued in the UK on Techniques label credited to The Techniques..TE 904 Another coincidence is - I said I had it on the B side of The Uniques "Out of love" - well Dave Barker also did a version of Out Of Love using the same backing track as The Uniques, came out miscredited as Dave McLaren "No love at all" on the Big label. So now I need to check to see if it is actually The Uniques version on my jukebox!

    Anyone notice that the exact same players are on both Silky Hargraves "Hurt by love" and the Freddie Butler "Save your love for me baby" - I mean exact, they must have been recorded within hours of each other. "Okay thanks Silky, great session man, can you send Freddie in now please. Hi Freddie. Ready? 1-2-3-4"

    Andy - I just switched my jukebox on for the first time in ages and played a few tunes, I knew that song sounded familiar - I've actually got it, on my jukebox, labelled as "I feel alright again", it's on the B side of a blank of The Uniques "Out of love" which would explain why people think it's Slim Smith. So I had it all along!

    It's quite a tough 45 to find but I couldn't get £50 for it when I sold mine.

    Is that Anglo-American? If so, it won't be junk. It won't be rare stuff either just overstocks probably but I've had a few in the past and they were fine.

    Fantastic find Gareth, yet another mystery solved...I don't think anyone ever thought he was a black guy from Detroit but we certainly enjoyed his record. As for value Epic £75 to £100 issue or demo CBS £250 issue, £300 - £350 demo one sided emidisc I used to play in 1977 - £1
