  1. Proper price for this should be about £25. Demand dictates it's 50-75. Anyone asking 200 is mental. Remember it being played as a new release on Radio 1 and Radio Luxemburg. Best place to find it is in old 'mobile' dj's collections.
  2. Yeah it is Shane. Can you sell this one for me please, we need to stock up on pampers
  3. It's Val Martinez on RCA. It was on my list last week but didn't sell, going by todays reaction, presumably because it wasn't known by most? £50, bargain
  4. I'm the least grumpy person on here!
  5. It's 'haven't' and 'positive'
  6. Do you want to buy it?
  7. I was just a bit surprised to find there was an 'original' version of the song as I only heard the brilliant Patti Austin version before.
  8. It's got to be a boot, he's also selling a copy of Frankie & Johnny on a white label 'test pressing', plus if you click here you can see what people have had to say about his other sales https://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=andy...irn=Received+by
  9. I thought this was a great version...presumably everyone else thinks it's rubbish...heard a lot worse
  10. I don't need to read again. Someone says so-and-so is expensive. You say if you don't like it, don't buy it from him, END OF CONVERSATION. You don't say - "what makes you say it's expensive or have you seen it cheaper", you just cut the conversation dead by saying don't buy it if you don't like the price.
  11. Of course they can say different, except you seemed to be saying that the topic couldn't be discussed at all!
  12. Three negatives left for me in a week, some kind of record? And I didn't do anything wrong.. 1) bloke orders a set of northern soul dvd's, everybody else realises that they are compiled by myself, buyer doesn't read the descriptions and complains they are recorded off the tv..like DUH...doesn't contact me, just leaves neg. 2) French guy cons me out of £47 by saying he hasn't received a record which he has received and gets his money back from paypal 3) American guy returns back to me a near mint record advertised as EX, and says it's not near mint, because he's found one elsewhere on Ebay for much less than the £54 he paid me. I had the record checked by anyone who came to my house and they all said it was spotless/mint. So I refused to refund his money after he sent it back and told him I was sending him the record back. Leaves me negative saying I am a thief despite paypal giving him his money back without my permission. Makes you wonder why you bother really.
  13. No but we're all allowed to voice an opinion without some **** saying oh please stop moaning about poor record dealers. :graywanker:

    4 For Sale

I had an unplayed Bobby Taylor demo on my list 3 weeks ago at £100...didn't sell, so last week it was £80...didn't sell...sold it for £60 on Monday.
  15. Change the record for f*cks sake. Every time there's a discussion about dealers prices, someone comes out with that statement. We not allowed to discuss it then?
  16. and check out the sellers brilliant description...it's still big on the northern soul SEAN for a start https://cgi.ebay.com/T-V-ADD-LOST-SUMMER-LO...1QQcmdZViewItem
  17. He's had that on his site for over 2 years...makes you wonder...
  18. It's called a discussion.
  19. Cue about ten sheep replying to say they always liked those tracks...
  20. No, two tenth-rate Scepter Wand tracks that about 3 people plus Ian Levine like, and an overplayed, overrated pile of cack, I'd be doing people a favor not playing those three records, thats playing to the crowd for you.
  21. I'd rather scoop my eyes out with a spoon and pour sulphuric acid into the empty sockets than even put one of those in my box let alone play one!
