  1. OOops, thought this was 60's, it's not - books at £75 - I'll take £30 - mint
  2. Jo I don't think this was booted, I think they are all legal reissues from James Hendrix. Mine has 208 in the run off.
  3. OK I have the white demo bootleg in my hand right now. There is nothing in the run out grooves whatsoever except for P - 982.
  4. Thats my copy on ebay. As far as I know, these were legally repressed in the 80's and not the 70's.
  5. £300 I reckon. Well if you're buying it off me that's what it would be.
  6. Well it worked mate, good for you - he's now putting the word REISSUE on the header
  7. If he's advertising it as a PROMO, which would indicate an Inferno/Impact promo, and it's not an official promo from the label- then he's breaking the advertising law surely? It can't be a promo just because he decided to press it!
  8. Once again, another vinyl carvers job, we could all get these done and advertise them as 'rare pressings', f*cking ridiculous.

    45's

None of those are northern soul records though...
  10. Dan you are being overly critical of this records' condition and if you really wanted it you'd buy it. Another copy might not come up for 5 years. I have to buy ska records in shocking condition beause I know there's no chance of them being offered again. I reckon this will make at least $2000.
  11. What a terrible cacophony of noise this is. It's a non-song and it 's just a mess. One of Richards worst ever spins. meanwhile Mark, seeing as you're always going on about James Coit - Black Power, I actually decided to play it today and see if it had got any better over the last 27 years. Amazingly IT HAD! Sounded brilliant. Time for a BLACK POWER revival. Seriously.
  12. Thats not his real name mate it's just a pen name. When I think of it I'll email you. He used to be on KTF and he came to the do we had in Llandudno in 98 or 99 but his mame is definitely not Maxwell Murray.
  13. And well done to whoever leaked it to the press
  14. He did a great version of jerry Williams' "Run run roadrunner" on UK Pye International. Quite a late release, 71 I think, but uses the original 1967 backing track. Also the B side to Looking Through The Eyes Of Love is brilliant...called Last Chance To Turn Around
  15. OK I've sussed it and I've put some ska and rocksteady sounds up over on FREEBASING to keep them out of the All About The Soul section...hope you enjoy them /index.p...topic=27227&hl=
  16. Thought you might have guessed it was REGGIE by the fact it was The Pioneers and they are singing about Rudies...
  17. THE PIONEERS - RUDIES ARE THE GREATEST - BLUE CAT https://h1.ripway.com/mayfairmenthol/27GOOD...THEGREATEST.mp3
  18. Going by what you've listed so far, you'd need a lottery win to finance them mate, I hope he doesn't know what he's got all there'll have to be a soul source collective buy out!
  19. It's worth about £30! Rich, stop showing off, ooh look at me and my lovely UK records
  20. Pretty obvious really. release the single LP's first, wait a couple of years and use them as the second albums in the 2 lp sets, using old unsold stock.
  21. I hope it's a thousand years until I hear that again. Total rip off of Too late To Turn back Now. Utter shite. And I'm not just being predictable. It's shit.
  22. Decided that the only way to get a new car is to save up for it so I'm going to stick sh*tloads of stuff on ebay this week. Loads of bargain northern sounds most start at £3.99 whether they are worth £50 or whatever. A pile of rare UK label demos. Some really nice early Trojan albums as well. https://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZmayfair...1QQfsooZ1QQrdZ0
