  1. Not sure about the name of this group as they appear to be a bunch of high school kids, it's either the 4 Aims or the 4 M's, and there's only 3 of them...but they do a great job on Major Lance's Monkey Time and there's some great soulful backing vocals going on here. I don't think they ever recorded, at least I can't find anything by them anywhere.
  2. I'm getting a bit of deja vu here, for the third time in 3 days, Joanie is singing live, if you're familiar with the record you can hear different pronunciations of lines on this version...honest!
  3. Same with all their stuff...flatters to decieve
  4. This sounds very Soul Fox Strings to me I must say - took some finding but here it is, quality is not great but it was the best I could do
  5. Anyone who wants a list of all the dvd/video clips I've got, just send me a PM, they're less than a tenner as well
  6. Yeah I'll do you that one if you like, bit later on ok
  7. What was known as a "discotheque classic" in the old days. Jamo's not that good at miming but he looks cool enough in that hat. Great stuff from 1966.
  8. A great cover of The Impressions classic, I don't think this ever came out on vinyl so this is possibly the only chance to hear them performing this track
  9. I thought it was from that series that was on ITV about 2 years back...all about the various youth cults???
  10. Who's wearing a towel on their head????

  12. This little guy is brilliant, he's only 5 or 6 years old but he does a great take on James Brown's "I Feel Good (I Got You)". Talk about confident.

  17. Del thanks a lot for that, nice of you to say so, can't do any more tonight but I'll try and find some more stuff tomorrow
  18. A great clip from Little Stevie circa 1964, this was from a local Detroit station and the show features some priceless footage of Motown acts and also the musicians at work in "the snakepit" (if anyone would like to see that footage I can do it tomorrow)
  19. Didn't know Pat Powdrill did that one - Lulu did a great version...and Betty Everett wasn't it?
  20. Kinnell, I didn't realise people would be so critical, it's only some people dancing and enjoying themselves, they've got some bottle to get up on that stage as it is! I'm just posting up stuff that I hope people will enjoy having a look at.
  21. November 8th 1965...Some Of Your Lovin...sublime
  22. This is great, and a very obscure bit of footage - good track too, came out on Bell
