  7. Is that on iplayer anyone know?
  8. Can anyone give some advice as to how much to ask for a complete run of the Ric Tic label? There are some WD's but not the rare ones, but it is a complete set including Scotts On Swingers. All are mint or near mint, and I do realise that many are still to be had for £2 apiece, don't get a whole run very often though. There are two number 102, one is the usual Freddie Gorman but the other is a totally different design, orange label, by Joyce Webb.
  9. Herbert Hunter - Syng McGowan - Natural Four - Tommy Bush - Baby Don't You Weep - stuff like that...
  10. Have a look at this which is part of that collection I bought yesterday, still in it's original sleeve, note that the price has been reduced by £1!
  11. Why have five people asked for World Column?

  13. When The Hesitations album came out on CD (Goldmine?) they put instrumental versions of all the best tracks on as bonus cuts.
  14. Wow. That is a really bad review.
  15. I had a look at your page and think your photos are superb.
  16. They definitely took a vote Steve and the cameras were unanimously turned down, not that it made any difference
  17. It's true that the majority left the floor when the filming started and sat in the shadows, my reason for that is I didn't want anyone filming me in case my parents saw my eyes and I promise you more people didn't dance because of that than any other reason - so at least half the people who are on that film are, for want of a better word, divs, ask yourself, how many of those do you remember as regulars? In 1976 when I first went, I wouldn't have gone near the front to dance, before the year was up I was dancing there, or anywhere else, it's just a case of getting used to it really, getting your confidence up.
  18. Had it yesterday - just kept trying til it worked
  19. Hit And Run instrumental came out on Goldmine Ian, so strike that one off
  20. Yes that is a very mysterious track, it sounds a lot like Our Love but isn't, it's just got elements of it in there...Hitsville Chalky on here made a great vocal to that by Pat Lewis
  21. Never had any interest in it mate, weird cos when I hadn't got one, it was a dream to have one!
  22. Checked it out - £40 in JM, £200 in TB
  23. Oh he won't be unhappy, I've got them to 8.5 K without even seeing them yet....might be some more originals disguised as pressings! Oh, and vice versa
  24. All you need now is to find the instrumental of Our Love Is In The Pocket and that could be one of the bests insts ever
  25. I don't know who makes them, I just know whenever Mick Smith gets any new ones they are from his 'mate in Northampton'...
