  1. I didn't see that mate but try and remember!
  2. No, but you ought to. What you after for goodness sake, it's an uptempo 60's soul dancer, sorry it's not a 70's disco pop record, I'll try and find some for you.
  3. Is a Gwen McCrae LP on Cat worth anything - called Let's Straighten It Out - mint condition record. Just wondered.
  4. See what you think - early 60's R&B sound, probably known but you never know

  6. Not to everyone's taste but I just thought it was a nice/rare live performance on some US tv show back circa 77. I'm not going all 70's by the way
  7. What you on about Shute? You're saying Don't Pity Me might be from 1959? Are you mad? Plus the fact we've already established that WB didn't do mono stereo demos back in 64..
  8. It's definitely a reissue - for a start, it says Side A on it which the original never did.
  9. I swear when I had this a couple of months ago on the yellow label, the artist was LaSawn Collins or LaSaun not LaShawn Collins...posted a scan up on here at the time
  10. As Simon mentioned above, it sneaked out on the second Grapevine album, it's called Let's Do The Duck on there...I don't remember it even being played at the time so how and why it got there is anyone's guess.
  11. I remember at the time, a lot of these had a sticker on the front saying "contains the hit single I'm Your Pimp" - which was never actually released as a single officially. This was back in 76 before it was counterfeited.
  12. Said the same to me. Bet he's starting to twitch. 13. He always leaves here with a bag of records, mainly that I've stuck on the unknowns pile...6 months later he comes back trying to get another copy cos he's sold the first one (that I sold him for £3) for £100. Crafty bugger.
  14. No, if you remember, everyone thought you were a whining little baby because someone else spotted something you were bidding on and you started crying, and anyway, if you're not bothered about it, why are you on here whinging about the same thing again? What's your real surname anyway, something like Farquhar?
  15. He can retract at any time mate.
  16. Oh here we go again. You've already moaned about this 6 weeks ago and got told you were wrong. All you have to do is search by 'highest price' and it comes up second in the list. It's there for everyone to see.
  17. Philips / Fontana / Mercury / Atlantic / later Liberty 45's - all pressed by Polygram with jukebox centres. Has anyone actually seen a Train Keep Moving with a proper centre?
  18. £250-£300 - always sold mine for £250, but no doubt someone will come on and say it's £500
  19. I'm just asking. You seem to celebrate the high price of things and turn your nose up at reports of bargains
  20. Baz are you one of those people who likes to brag about how much they pay for records or something??
  21. I wish you'd read my posts, it says 2001, or am I writing in jibberish or something
  22. I saw it, but any lists of rare records which includes Honeyend on Spark doesn't usually attract much interest from me
  23. Seeing as it usually sells for 250 quid and over, it's hardly cheap!
  24. Well I've aksed him to supply country of origin, catalogue number, and run off info. Also told him his record doesn't exist shame though, someone is going to get scammed here
  25. What, an original Blue Cat, 25 euros, no takers?? Incredible..
