    Watched this last night, two hours long and absolutely brilliant, enjoyed one part where Brown gets his hair cut and a phone in caller says "I love your natural" and that must be where the inspiration for the Towana & Total Destruction song comes from.

    Just thinking about this, obviously the stock is the rarest version by a million miles but I reckon both Stateside demos, the red and white and the green and white, are rarer than the London yellow demo. I've had two red and whites and one green and white in what, 30 years, I could have had a dozen London demos.

    No don't think he was, I thought you though I was being sarcastic hence question mark. Does make me laugh a bit though because it was confirmed by myself and several other people that it was real (without the benefit of actually being able to touch it), the detail I reported was printed in the Guardian and Record Collector and all over the internet, but it's not actually conclusive proof until John Manship says it is, the rest of us collectors are just not to up to it

    I had to redo it because I forgot to press the start button, but I've done it now, I'll organise getting it to you but do us a favour and keep it to yourself because I don't think I'm going to make this one public.

    I'll put it as a digital download on my website for £4.99 and if anyone does actually download it, I'll do you another one free of charge which I'll sort out after that. I feel guilty about charging but honestly, if you look at youtube for instance, 90% of the Wigan tapes on there are mine, uncredited. And when I see people selling them on ebay, after I've given them away for free, gets me a bit angry. Anyone interested, let me know here on this thread and I'll send you the details when I have them, be tomorrow morning I should think.

    Normally yes - this time no - I've given away over 40 nighter tapes on Mixcloud (including another one today) and elsewhere so I'm going to keep a few back, or charge for them, because every time I do any, people start selling them on bloody ebay!

    The fact that the whole world knows about this record already really does make me wonder why someone would volunteer to give away 20% of the price to someone to sell for them when they could get exactly the same price selling on here or Facebook and not pay any commission to anyone. And don't anyone say well thats the way to get the top price, this record will sell itself. Crazy...
