  7. Pete Smith recently sent out a load of live tapes from WC. Various years one of them opened with Al D'lory the clapping was brilliant and the atmosphere could be felt again. Fantastic. You DID have to be there to fully appreciate it.

  13. Yvonne Baker You didn't say a word. Loved it from day 1 at WC. I had an issue cracked in 3 places around 75. Then WDJ boot. Then WDJ original. Then the Grey/White demo then traded up to an issue. Still got it. Mel Britt She'll come running back. Bought a boot from the infamous Soussan list in about 76. Then got Mel Britt, Eula Cooper and Carol and Gerri for £20 at the Sept 81 last night of Wigan. Love it. Still have them.
  14. Afternoon all, a while back I was on You Tube and a record came up by Iris ? on MGM. The piccie was a Yellow MGM demo. I played it and liked it but I have never seen it since. I tend to you tube the rarer end of Northern so maybe something linked to my preference. I know it was Iris as that was my mums name but maybe I am wrong with the label but it was yellow that much I know. Can anyone help ID this from my scant description please? Thanks Steve
  15. I have just received my Richard Searling book and I noticed (again) that Mr Soul is the black issue and Al Scott the WDJ copy. Just wondering has anyone got or seen the opposite Mr Soul WDJ or Al Scott black issue. Just wondering!!??? Thanks Steve
