Dancing In Trainers
I'd love to find some comos, I've been looking for years. I know someone who found a brand new, still in the box pair in a charity shop back in the 80's, my size too, the lucky sod.

Music Groups
I joined a crossover and a deep soul group which were very good, loads of stuff which was new to me and a lot of interesting info about the tunes. I went to Wigan Casino is ok for old photos but that's about it.

Music Groups
I'm not on fb anymore, but when I was I saw so many records on the Wigan page that were Wheel,Torch or early mecca tunes and thought, what's the point ? Do they all still sign off their posts with KTF or KOKO.

The Stafford Story: On Top Of The World - The Stafford All-Nighters
I only went to Stafford a couple of times so a lot of these tunes are new to me even though a friend used to lend me tapes from time to time (Hartley from Llandudno if anyone remebers him). Some great stuff on these podcasts (the odd one or two that aren't, but that happened everywhere). I was going to say keep 'em coming, but there can't be that much more left can there?

When You Stopped Going To Wigan . . .
Didn't go to Wigan at all in the last year, most of the crowd I went with had moved on, joined the army or moved in with girlfriends, I was made redundant for the first time and I felt the crowd at the allnighters was changing. I went to stafford a couple of times, Parr Hall and a few other places up until the late 80's. I can remember nights when the punters where outnumbered by the bouncers and the bar staff. By '88/'89 I thought it was all over and decided to flog my records. I have been to the odd soul night/'nighter since then but can't really be bothered any more. I still love the music though especially some thing new.
