I'm anti talc....used to do a lot of dancing on the jazz dance scene where the dancing is far more acrobatic and faster.Never needed talc then so don't see why shufflers need it.Can still knee drop from a jump (without pads) and talc does your trousers in.It's like the men you see in baggies...you expect them to do some mad spins but they shuffle....same with talc, I expect Olga Corbett when they throw it on the floor but usually get to see Ronnie Corbett.Can't see any talc on the floor here

The Chris Calloway is the Something Else side......the other side is far too slow to dance to.Okay listening music.Been plugging this one for years.Ive only found 2 good tracks by them This Is The Way I Feel and this one....the others are duffers.Just got a demo of this and cheap as chips again . Here's their other good record

Listening to Pete Smith's stream from Cleethorpes in 75 and Zola comes on.I've read Snowboys book on the UK Jazz dance scene and what was played where.Was this played before Gil Scott Heron-The Bottle.?.....I think it's a totally out there instrumental and goes into a straight descarga(freeform) in the middle.Were there any more records like this played back in the "golden age" and who was responsible for breaking it?

  24. Great record....a nice early seventies feel....file next to the Symphonics Guilty (which I'm still after). Got my copy about a year ago.
