Condolences to Andys family and friends

Sad news. First met Paul quite a few years ago through John Stubbs. Condolences to Paul's family and friends.

Ten years on. What a great reference book if it ever came off. I lost a lot of my Casino pics thirty odd years ago but tried to take at least one photo of each place I went to just as a moment for my own personal recollection, it never did last but I do have a few of the venues not here anymore. Loads of memories but Some pictures tell the story.

A week looking round Argyll in Scotland with pretty decent weather. A couple of good reflections on Loch Eck Rainbow on Loch Fyne

Another one bites the dust. Had some great Friday nights there back in the day. I remember queuing up for quite some time on occasions. Lowton, The Longfield Suite, Brighouse all gone along with a host of other venues never to be repeated. Thank god for memories while we still have them.

Yeh, tracked the Atlas on the flightradar app. See/hear quite a few Hawks etc when out and about in that area near the mach loop

Just had a long weekend at Bala, Wales and was treated to a low flyover from a Airbus Atlas on Friday, bound to Anglesey. There was a few jets flying around but either too high or too fast for a phone photo. Impressive

Thanks for the link. A bit of a bummer really, as my TV recording finished at the end of Tainted Love so missed the DILY and the ending so thought I'd catch it on this, only to find it ends halfway through Tainted Love! Dam, I'll have to hang on in there now not knowing what I missed

Just listened to the 2nd half as I was out last night and what a way to start Sunday morning. A really enjoyable listen and a great tribute to some fine tunes done in a really professional way. Hats off to all involved. It must of been a great evening to all who were present at the Royal Albert Hall. Looking forward to seeing it when it becomes available and seeing the reaction of the audience. Good stuff

Only wish rat race or bari track was in the play list. Full orchestra blasting those out.....

One of the best soul cover bands out there must be Stax Of Soul. Not particularly NS but an aray of soul hits from Motown, Stax, Club Soul, Blues Brothers etc. Seen them a few times over the years and certainly get the audience moving to some great soul tunes. Been going for around 40 years now and always seem to sell out at most gigs they do. https://www.staxofsoul.co.uk/about

No mention of DILY or AOTR but looks worthy of a watch/listen https://www.bbc.co.uk/events/eq2z3d
