Is this at Pennington Flash Steve?
-
Cheers mate. I think you may be right after looking at quite a few photos. The amount of white and "marbled" look just puzzle me for a bit. Lack of me camera again

Wonder if anyone can help Identify this bird. Its definitely not a pigeon but was wondering if it could be a crow/magpie hybrid. Maybe a young crow with white markings. It was hopping about before flyinh off. Not the best photos as its the phone on zoom, taken at Dunham Park.
-
Nice one mate, you've put some fantastic photos up here, so we'll done
-
Cheers Steve. This year seems to of seen an increase in parakeets around this area, or so it sounds like. Maybe because through lockdown and beyond its been a lot quieter so you hear them more. I've certainly heard and seen them all over this area covering the Sale & Altrincham suburbs
-
Dunham Park today. Quite a lot of Parrakeets knocking about making a racket and looks like a couple may have a home there
-
Yes mate, seen the signs etc and always take note. That day was very quiet and we did get off and push past the only couple we saw. Being a walker more than a biker I know how bad it can be so always take note of who's on the paths etc
-
Yes mate. We went down the TPT (trans pennine trail) from dunham and got on the canal back to Lymm
-
The Towpath near Lymm, not far from the M6. Same towpath though

Looking through my books it's hard to tell sometimes with the markings, some birds look the same. You have to really know what to look out for. A bit like record collecting

The dunes are big and long. Seen the Dolphins at Barmouth a couple of times but nothing this time. Red Kites and kingfishers on the Mawddach Trail which is always good

A great few days in Wales, Dyffryn Ardudwy, in great weather. 1st photo is Barmouth Bridge, 2nd is the sun going down , 3rd is of Portmeirion, 4th is of Snowdon
-
Rock Pipit? & Dipper. I though wheatear, but wasn't sure. Was watching a couple of Curlews today at portmeirion but too far for a photo. Only the 2nd time to see this bird

Ha. I first thought the first was a stonechat female and the second a pipit of some sort, tree maybe. As I'm in wales, my books at home so im not too sure of them
