I rememberr queing at the little office to buy a couple of those awful Va Va Patches which must be tghe WORST soul patch EVER , i still have one attached to a shirt that will NEVER fit me again Fantastic memories at the time poshest Niter id ever been too,,, only lasted 6 months or so i think!! Sometime around 1974/75 someone in Bournmouth started a "Record lending service " for all the top sounds of the day. interesting "Rules" No names on the sheet, but basically borrow the top sounds of the day for a month, return them, enclose 25p and they send you another top sound Now am I cynical or how many do you think they got back ? I heard they all ended up at some Mill in Todmorden
