I finally took the time to set a new mix together just in time for the best part of summer. Focus is midtempo to uptempo tunes. A lot of rare ones in this mix. It starts off with an unreleased tune from Leon Ware taken from an original acetate, an obscure Detroit soul pearl from Lee Moore, excellent vocal performance from Big Jay, another outing from the same Harmonics that brought us "Be your man" and some LP tracks. I also added two alternative mixes taken from an acetate of the classic Watson and the Sherlocks double sider on Soulville with references to Tru Glo Town on the acetate...
Comments on the musical content of this mix are welcome!
