  2. Nice one Dave, great to see genuine people like your self sharing information which i know you have been working hard on for some time. Its collectors such as you & i know there are many more out there beavering away, that give exposure & long over due recognition to some long lost & forgotten talents, this kinda thing is what the NS scene is all about & a very positive part of the real scene. Thanks for posting buddy. Russ

  12. I dont want to get involved in any of the other issues, but what i would say is, if you cover something up, by posting the track on SS your giving it the best chance possible to get it uncovered as quickly as possible.............i respect anyone who does there best to find records that are not the same old same old, but surely it should have been played out by said DJ in sets & let the mystique of the cover up do its thing, posting it up on here is almost like a challenge IMO. rUSS
  13. Also came out on the Kent Modern Soul CD & had the odd 100 Club play, he was brilliant live at the 100 Club too. Russ

  15. Yes & they are the ame group that recorded on the Together label 'I think I Really Love You' I prefer the later offerings as they tend to feature the girls vocals more. Still doing the 'Beach' circuit I beleive ???? Russ

  18. Try going onto the Essential Modern Soul Forum for recommendations..........also there are a lot of unsigned artists out there who use the WWW to get there products heard, these can be truly exclusive. I dont mind Mp3's, but i must admit, theres nothing like being able to hold something & touch it as well as hear it, also i kinda like the sleeve notes & photos etc, you get with vinyl & CD's. Hope this helps Russ
  19. How nice to see everyone making suggestions & getting along nicely without any of the 'Disco Crap' type jibes, even tho' it might not be everyones cup of char..........did you get my email Ady ?. Russ
