  6. Russ, Hope all is well mate. I never did get to tell/show you the haul of Jazz Funk 12"s I found in a WGC charity shop. Looked like a DJ collection that had been dumped....was pretty nice. Drop you an email later in the week.

  10. I have a Mint P-Vine copy that I might consider parting with, need a decent offer though; send a PM. The orig is for sale on this web site https://www.djfriendly.co.uk/stocklist.php?show=soulfunk but at £700 ....Ouch!
  11. What year is their LP from that includes this 45? It looks mid 80s. Must be cheap, right?
  12. Nope LP was never issued, however a coprehensive Mo-Do label compliation is coming soon. Is what Ive heard.
  13. WANTED: Fairly obscure one: Elois Scott "Broadway Love" on G Carol. I can give you a good price on this one.
  14. Its on manships website at £15, Mint too. PS. Im especially looking for one of their others: Modo 104 - Bob & Gene - I Really Really Love You. About £100 waiting for a nice condition copy. Im after most of the other Modo label 45s as well, by all artist. Let me know what you have.
  15. Is anyone out there able to post up a sound clip of this track? Very much appreciated if any of you guys can. Cheers.
  16. I think the Lovelites put pictures of themselves on this release because there was another girl band with the exact same name who were touring and and getting bookings on the Chicago groups sucess. The pic were an effort to put a stop to this, I guess, by showing what the real girls looked like. This has me wondering if the issue without the pic is in fact the earlier one. If you dont have it, pretty much every track on their Uni LP is good.
  17. Caesars - Ive got to know / Get Yourself Together (Both Sides 174) Yes "Both Sides" is the name of the label. Local St Louis jobbie I think. I heard this about 1 yr ago, made a note of it, been on the lookout for it but it didnt show up yet. Anyone here that can help? Its on Manship's site but is listed as "out of stock". Anyone know how much he was selling it for, or the general price of this one? Cheers Fellas.
  18. Try Rico at RHYTHM RECORDINGS he had these at $25 ea. I got one, its pretty good. Reminds me of Dorando.
  19. Interesting...didnt see this on a 45 before. I only have it on his self titled (Canadian only) RCA LP from '77. Would like to see a scan too.
  20. Turned up a copy of this over the weekend: Beres Hammond 'Just A Man' (Joe Gibbs) LP, 70s Jamaican Pressing. Its the one with that track 'Do this world a favor' on. I remember seeing this on playlists a couple of years back. Anyone know if this LP has any value/demand on it?? Cheers fellas...
