  5. I’ve just asked Richard ,he got Jimmy Burns from Levine ,along with Don Gardner ,Billy Watkins ,JD Martin ,Jay Traynor and Georgie Porgie on Jubilee ( still don’t know that ? ) what a hit !! Cheers Eddie
  6. I seem to recall that Richard got Jimmy Burns from either Levine where he’d got a few things ,or a trade with Soul Sam .I’ll try and find out Paul ,ok

  9. Went to see “ Lee “ yesterday,an excellent and at times hard hitting film about Lee Miller ,a WW2 photographer,starring Kate Winslett who also produced it .Recommended….

  22. I remember Guy playing it on the Janice Long show ,and eventually released on the Kent “ Sophisticated Sounds “ LP as mentioned before .
  23. I managed to get a copy of “ Eddie’s My Name “ in ‘74 for £3 .I’d known it for quite a while ,and Pete Waterman’s events and record shop in Coventry were influential at the time
