Impressions tribute.....(what taste )......also done by the Fantastics on SS7 and Copa...

take photos of your prize items......possibly in situ......(i.e recognisably in your house)....also photos of the extent of your general collection on the racks/in boxes....if you have anything tasty (over £1000) you may have to insure separately...(many policies only cover individual items up to £1000)......ask the insurer.....

ive sold some nice 45s in the past......Parisians £25....Soul Communicaters £30.....Charades £30........and a fair few more.......everyone would like a crystal ball......its what you do with the money....i bought more 45s i liked better......which (if i could remember the deals that went on).....have prob appreciated.as much....you bring these things up in the pub........mucho wringing of hands......(neglecting to mention you got £500 for that Sam Nesbit 45 you bought for £5 in 77 )

there are various coloured vinyls..(but only a few)..all rarer than an original.....theres one in Dave Alcocks estate....(yellow i think).......mines green........ -

Ady C....Top Boy.....He reissued Impressions lps when there was no obvious market..... ....dug great sounds out of archives...which we would never have heard..........paid royalties to artists who would not have expected them.......compiled many fabulous lps....He deserves much praise

as far as i know the Satiron 45 was put out as a promo by John Anderson from Soul Bowl in the 70ts to promote the Grapevine label issues.....the flip has the vocal version of "Like a rolling stone".......which hasnt had an issue on any format.......before or since.......
