  5. Play things he's discovered a little more recently really Len, the tunes, ben E king, melba moore ect were all great, and Yeah I'd want to play all those amazing tunes he's discovered out if I'd found them but there was very little I didnt know and not much in the way of suprises. maybe its just me being jaded, sorry.

  12. sadly Its not the first tale I've heard like that, one involving a very well known DJ.
  13. you'll all probs hate this, but I love it, looking for an excuse to play it for the last year! not strictly new, tis a re- edit of Cerrone, but its a pretty radical overhaul, I do pitch it up to the max though. sounds loverly mixed with melba moore standing....... https://youtu.be/DMj0cEKR2uw
  14. its all a b thats such a sad tale, record collecting does bring some horrible qualities out in people.
  15. I think the lack of serious response to the thread speaks volumes, myself.

  20. some one will surely make jackie moore a massive oldie again.
  21. the outro to bud harper- wherever you were, has to be one of the best for me, he just steps it up a gear and gives it rock all! the intro to Pyramid is just so atmospheric it get me every time too.
  22. heard it of and on over the years but hardly a staple, certainly needs to be, was it big at wig?
  23. Drill holes are caused by the now endangered record worm, the record worm was rife in the early 70's untill a mass cull was launched by the then mninister for glitter and flares, marc Bolan.
