Yes, condition not the best BUT one hell of a rare record, rarer than his Vanessa 45 even and two awesome sides back to back! Well, I got my minter at home but would have loved to get a spare for trades ... cheeky I know

    Funny, exactly same over here. Found two around 2000 sold one at 75 UKP and not seenm many if any since then.

    Well,...lets put it that way then, if I wouldn`t already have it I would pay up to 700 UKP for a strong copy. Better ? NB Just arrived in Aachen for the big weekender and most probably will play it in about six hrs

    Been playing this indeed the last few years again and again. Has some sort of following by now in Berlin But yes, a true Dyson 45! Although it is one of one certain Mr Dobson alltime favourite soul 45s. I love it to bits. Seen some copies go thru the bay but most knackered. Still very rare indeed.

    I turned down an offer of 600 UKP recently...but then again I would have turned down a grand for it LOL! Just f***ng love this 45!

    The Hi C`s is the Hollywood Flames moonlightning...one hell of a rare and great Group 45. Bargain at that price.

    Sure, Artie Bumps Blackwell..thats why I said oddity. But to pay more than 600 USD I really have to "love" a tune. Still who evber likes this kinda popcorn-ish R&B sure had would have had a "bargain" at 600 USD. And yes, I was thinking on the very same guy. The one you think I was on about seems to have won the Magnetics instead ;-)

    You can hear The tune is a bit too "popcornish" for my liking but has a very good R&B beat of course. Add to that the jazzy side of Gil Bernal who is a famous jazz saxophonist and you get a very good popcorn/new breed kinda tune...not enough for me to pay the asked sum though. I was thinking about to invest 600 USD for its rarity and oddity...LOL!

    Whats all the fuzz about...ebay result quite rightly reflects its current price. I sold my last two copies at nearly exactly this price. One was condition wise teh same, the other slightly better. So often it happened and continues to happen that high end results have no influence at all on future auctions anyway. I can recall so many cases were copies which came on later on ebay went for significantly less than their predecessors...
