A real tough one to find (took me 12 years) and a very nice early instrumental tune (prefer part 2 on the flipside btw) that one day could have been "big" on the Mod Scene if it only would not always have been that rare IMHO.
Mine will include (at the Leipzig Allnighter)
Little Tommy
Mel Britt (as I had several -!- request to bring them along already)
Sensations
Ree Flores
Frankie & The Damons
for sure
By coincedence I do have the same as in your attached scan at home alongside others to make my walls look more colourful I know that David Flynn also uses to "collect" them.

Very nice record, issue is around 50 UKP, demo around 80 UKP. I can`t not part with mine as it is my last 45 to fit in so nicely in trhat Boom factory sleeve
Why should Adey do so ? You can get the official 45 release by Fred Bridges on Versatile records (if you see it). Tim has since his last visit at my humble home my old Wilson Pickett German 45, so he doesn`t need to play the odd LP anymore
we once tried this on the old soultalk email list and it got lost in nowheres land. Also that aspect only leaves the factor "demand" totall aside and becuase of that can not describe a recourds value in full.
All that` s left now is (prices in EURO!...1UKP is about 1,5 EURO!) :
